We've had this for about 6 months - no failures yet. Works great, excellent product. The only negative is we can still smell that "new toaster smell" when we use it, even after 6 months. It has faded considerably, and is nearly gone. Even so, we would buy this one again.

Wide slots accommodate thicker breads, bagels or frozen waffles.Settings, which are conveniently located on the top of the unit, have buttons to reheat, defrost, toast bagels or cancel toasting.
